		<description>Congratulations on your blog, Vance...it&#039;s been a long time coming, I think!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I had heard on some radio show about who was compensating drivers for the fact that they can&#039;t drive their cars, and it seems that their car taxes will be pro-rated for the number of days they can&#039;t drive their cars during this period.  Maybe there is a similar deal on for businesses?&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The question I&#039;ve got is who will pocket the cash?  The workers laid off for these months, or the boss?</description>
